The pictures of the property are either edited or old the room has floor boards that are broken it comes with a mini fridge and a balcony but the balcony has no privacy the wall has been cut between you and the next room it also has a bright light that’s not able to be cut off the lake water is still so it’s very nasty doesn’t even look pleasing in the slightest they breakfast isn’t good aside from the fruit the elevators are really slow and take long to open the staff are very hopeful but don’t expect 24/7 help though I called for house keeping and had to wait till the next morning despite it being 11 during check out hours which you would think they already making rounds around this is more of a glorified motel versus a resort

A Great Stay in a Perfect Location We really enjoyed our stay at Westgate Palace. The location is excellent, just minutes from Universal Volcano Bay, Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios, and CityWalk, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The rooms were comfortable and nicely maintained, and the attention from the staff was excellent. Another big plus is the free parking and the relatively affordable resort fee compared with many other resorts in the area. For the location, amenities, and overall experience, we felt it was truly worth the money. One of the highlights was being able to visit Westgate Lakes Resort, a sister property, where we enjoyed Treasure Cove Water Park. It was so much fun and a great way to add even more to our vacation without spending a fortune. The combination of affordable access, free parking, and plenty of entertainment made it an especially good value. Overall, Westgate Palace is a great option for anyone visiting Orlando’s attractions who wants a convenient location, comfortable accommodations, attentive service, and good value. We would definitely stay here again!

After 24 hours shy of just checking out I’m still waiting for supposedly the manager to reach out to me in regards of my one night stay . Let me remind you and my daughter had to go rebook another hotel after searching for a good hour and some change at 4 o’clock in the morning to let us check in today and stay for the night without getting charged for two nights.. I just simply asked to move rooms do to the room, not being clean .. There was no shampoo conditioner in the room no towels to sit outside the bath when you get out no trash bags in the trash cans…. And then what topped it off was just the brown spots on the corner of the bed on the sheets smeared. Truthfully, all I wanted was to move rooms and continue to sleep before I had to drive seven hours to drop off my oldest daughter at college

Me and My Fiancée love this hotel!! It's always our go-to when coming to Orlando and plan to be back soon 100%
